Taking a pattern from the old puppet
The new head base with its new skeleton inside. The skin is made from upholstery foam encased in fabric and then sewn together. The skeleton frame is made from bamboo.
The base is covered in cheesecloth and Sculpt-Or-Coat, and has its teeth and ears added.
The new puppet has its first coat of paint applied.
The new puppet fully assembled, including mane and eyes.
