The skin is made from upholstery foam encased in fabric and then sewn together. The skeleton frame is made from bamboo. The base is covered in cheesecloth and Sculpt-Or-Coat, and has its teeth and ears added. The new puppet has its first coat of paint applied. The new puppet fully assembled, including mane and eyes.
